1.用不銹鋼容器貯存白酒，適合短期貯存。因不銹鋼容器穩(wěn)定性好，不易氧化。不利于酒的呼吸和代謝 ?？诟袝?huì)略差一些。不適合長期貯存。很多大的酒廠都用不銹鋼來盛放白酒，是因?yàn)椴讳P鋼容器貯存量比較大。
