1、用壓縮空氣或手動吹風(fēng)機(jī)吹凈電動機(jī)內(nèi)部灰塵、電刷粉末等，鏟除塵垢雜物。

2、撤除與電動機(jī)銜接的全部接線，用絕緣電阻表丈量繞組對機(jī)座的絕緣電阻。若小于0.5MΩ時，應(yīng)進(jìn)行烘干處理，丈量合格后再將撤除的接線康復(fù)。

4、查看電刷是否嚴(yán)峻損壞，刷架的壓力是否恰當(dāng)，刷架的方位是否坐落符號的方位。

5、依據(jù)自動涼茬機(jī)電動機(jī)銘牌查看直流電動機(jī)各繞組之間的接線方法是不是正確，電動機(jī)額定電壓與電源電壓是否相符，電動機(jī)起動設(shè)備是否符合質(zhì)量要求，是不是完好無缺。
5.
